The Church's central confession

The High Satanic Church is theistic. It recognizes Satan as its true God, an acausal intelligence whose reality exceeds the causal world's ordinary sequence. His adversarial character challenges obedience that replaces judgment. Devotion asks something of conduct: awareness, responsibility and a self capable of answering for what it does.

This central confession gives the other relationships their setting. In The Storm House of Baal, Baal is approached as a distinct Higher Entity within the Church's Satan-centred religious life. The Storm Table is a working place of address. It does not replace the main altar or establish another central God.

Entities, names and an honest approach

The Church uses Entity for acausal intelligences often called spirits or demons elsewhere. Higher Entities, also called the Dark Gods in the Septenary current, belong to another order. They are approached as vast acausal powers, with distinct names and currents. The Book of the Acausal Way expressly resists reducing them to psychological functions or treating their names as interchangeable.

Historical language also needs care. The Church's contemporary reception of Baal does not erase distinctions between ancient Ugaritic material and later grimoire Bael. Shared Septenary vocabulary does not establish organisational continuity with the Order of Nine Angles.
